Breeds that are good for winter activities
So for those of us in The South, this blog might be “wishful thinking”…or just a way to see how the rest of the country lives. As I mentioned before, our winters here can be mild or harsh, depending on the week. But, for those of you who actually have a real winter, you might enjoy a breed that can keep up with your cold-weather activities. Here are some dog breeds that love cold weather. They might be good for various winter sports you might be doing (like snowshoeing, skijorning, or sledding), or even just enjoy a long winter walk or a snowy game of fetch.
And hey, if you’re in South Carolina and decide to move up north, this list might be helpful for you, too! We know it’s usually the other way around (coming from north to south), but you might be the exception 😉
